Our School
Blowers Green Primary School is an average size school at the heart of its community. It has a single form per year, with 30 pupils in each year group. The school also has a 26 place Nursery Unit for ages 3-4 years within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The school was built in 1936 and although an old building it is in an excellent state of repair and an inspirational environment in which to learn!
The school is unique in that it has its very own onsite Museum and Art Gallery. In addition, there is a large school field and two attractive playgrounds for the children to enjoy.
The fundamental aim of the school is to ensure all our pupils are given the skills to learn effectively throughout their lives. When they leave school, the pupils are always well prepared for the next stage of their education.
'Always a pleasure to speak to the teachers. Everyone is ready to help, they are kind and trustworthy. I feel the school is part of our family'.
